A friend recently emailed me requesting suggestions on "age appropriate" looks to match with  more youthful shoes..hmmm. When it comes to fashion anything goes in my opinion as long as you feel good. Some rules I do recommend when dressing at ANY age is always keep the hair and make up simple, less is more when accessorizing and always use under eye cover up.
